PARTIES AND EVENTS

$320 for AGES: 5 to 7 for

           2 hrs up to 10 seats.

$360 for AGES: 8 to 14 for

            2 hrs up to 10 seats.

$380 for AGES: 15 and up for

           2 hrs up to 10 seats.

 

We did say “AND UP”, because you are never too old to have a party.

 

- All materials for the project and instructors are provided, as well as cupcakes or cookies OR both for an additional $35 for the party/event. These sweet treats are from a local bakery artist, Baked Designs by JJB, in the theme you provide.  Don't like cupcakes or cookies?  No problem - we can offer custom chocolates from Coco, Please! Artisan Chocolates.  Art Gecko provides the art project, materials, plates, napkins, and custom made party decorations.

     **The party organizer is responsible for drinks.  For kids birthdays we

         encourage flip tops, screw tops, or juice boxes to prevent spills.   

     **For child birthdays we ask that parents of guests not stay. We find the                         children pay more attention and work harder when parents are not present.             Parents of the birthday child may stay to capture birthday memories with                   pictures.

- Goody bags can be provided at an additional cost of $80/for the 10 and then $30 per additional 5 bags. We will have them ready for the event.

- All parties are 2 hours and up to 10 guests.  $20 per additional guest up to 5.  $100 for additional hour or for Sunday or any day that studio is closed.

- A Deposit of $100 is due upon booking.

*** DISCLAIMER: You will be charged for the confirmed number of guests over the original ten. This is due to project supply set up and for staffing purposes.

Cooperate/Group Events available for meetings, Team building projects. Contact us for prices.  We work with Perfect Pairings Custom Charcuterie if you need an event catered. ​​

Ladies/Couples Night Out - $45/per person.

​​

Scouts Project Badges - Offered at the studio for a discount of $25 per person in the troop.  Project takes about an hour and a half.

*** Cancellation Policy - Art Gecko Studio reserves the right to cancel due to weather conditions. A new date will be arranged.  

*** Refund Policy - Notice of withdrawal from a party/event must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date.  NO refunds will be given for withdrawals made after this time.  The deposit made at booking with not be refunded.
